My packages of support are described below. They are designed to help anyone improve their health and well-being, so they can perform at their best. They can help you achieve your goals, be it couch to 5k, a multi-stage endurance challenge, or anything in between.

I will work closely with you to provide high quality, in depth support and my advice is based on the latest and most robust nutritional science.

Packages start from £250 for 3 months of bespoke one to one support and include:

  • At least 3 one-to-one appointments (usually online) where I will gain an in-depth understanding of your diet and lifestyle, your health history, your training, your goals and how I can best support you to make the changes you need to make.
  • We will agree changes to your diet, monitor those changes overt time, work at overcoming any barriers, and establish a plan you can take forward to optimise your health and your training.
  • Regular contact by email / whats app to help you tackle any challenges as they arise, or answer any questions that come up.
  • Review of a detailed diet and lifestyle questionnaire.
  • Detailed, written dietary analysis using specialist software, providing insights into your levels of vital macro and micro nutrients.
  • Written recommendations, which will be developed over time to ensure they work for you.
  • Safety check of any recommendations alongside any medication you take.
  • Advice on supplements to improve both health and performance.
  • Options for functional testing to support your goals.

Bespoke pre-race, race-day and recovery nutrition plans are also available at additional cost.
